Skamania County is one of eleven counties in Washington State that is not required to “fully plan” under the Growth Management Act, but this does not mean that development and growth is unfettered. Skamania County’s Community Development Director will explain the complex layers of local, state, and federal regulations that affect land use in this rural county.
