Using Zoom
Before the Meeting
We will be using Zoom. You can join with a PC/Mac Application or web browser, mobile device, or phone. Before joining a Zoom meeting on a computer or mobile device, you can download the Zoom app from the Zoom Download Center. Otherwise, you will be prompted to download and install Zoom when you click a join link.
You can also join a test meeting to familiarize yourself with Zoom.
Joining the Meeting
This video link discusses how to join a meeting through an email invite from the application, browser, or from a landline or cell phone. https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362193-Joining-a-meeting
When you join the conference, you will enter a waiting room. The waiting room allows the meeting host to control when participants join the meeting by placing them in a waiting room. This allows the host to ensure all participants are invited participants.
