Proposed WSABRB Bylaws 2023 Amendment
Boundary Review Board Members
It was noted at the March 13 WSABRB Executive Board meeting of the need to update the current Association’s Bylaws, which was last amended in January 2017. At the request of President Mary Repar, the Executive Board approved the creation of an Ad-hoc Bylaws working group and Marcel Goulet, Cowlitz BRB was appointed chair of this working committee.
The Bylaws working group has been working diligently since March reviewing the current bylaws and soliciting input from the Executive Board that have resulted in the Proposed WSABRB Bylaws 2023 Amendment which we are presenting to you our fellow board members for your ratification.
The Proposed WSABRB Bylaws 2023 Amendment will be discussed at the 2023 Annual Conference. In an effort to engage all BRB members and give everyone an equal voice in the workings of our organization; we have implemented the option for electronic voting for the admendment ratification. Each member has one vote and you can vote anytime between now and the conclusion of the 2023 Annual Conference.
Voting will be closed at midnight Pacific time October 6, 2023.
