The questions apply to board members who have served more than three years in their board position or have participated in more than three public hearings. We recognize that experienced board members have different training needs that might relate to evaluating BRB issues from a more technical or legal perspective. These questions might also apply to board members who have been asked to serve as Chair or Vice-Chair therefore questions relating to process, procedures, decorum, and/or conduct of public hearings, etc. are more prevalent in their situation.
